ABOUT

An Aspiring Architect who graduated in Master of Architecture from the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University. I have also completed a degree in Interior Architecture & Design achieving a First-Class Honours in both subjects. I have 3 years of professional experience working in commercial, sports and leisure, residential,  community, masterplanning and interior design sector.

Having excelled academically and with my professional experiences, I have gained a deeper understanding of how spaces may influence spatial users and their environment, to critically analyse issues and propose holistic solutions with poetic, technical and sustainable sensitivity. It helped me acquire a good knowledge of the production processes behind a project, worked from RIBA stages 0-6 and therefore run my own project.

My master's project investigates how modern cities can respond to the unprecedented environmental crisis and at the same time explore the delight of interacting and affordances of waterfront developments. My main interest is in sustainability, re-evaluating dwelling and urban developments.

Outside the office, I'm interested in art, publications and creative teaching. I’m an artist in residence in some schools and colleges; a member of a new architecture student-led UK magazine; a contributor to an investigative building and creating project: ’Dwelling in Symbiosis’ based in a rainforest in Colombia; a researcher of an international team focused on sustainability and a Studio Tutor Support at the Welsh School of Architecture.

I am proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup,  Adobe Creative Suite, ArchiCAD, Revit, NBS Specification and other relevant skills such as model-making and drawing.
